The daughter, granddaughter and great granddaughter of small business owners, Laura worked for a large public accounting firm upon receiving her M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. She then served as president for a firm that worked mostly with large retirement plans. In 1987, Laura founded TPA to meet the unique needs of small and medium sized businesses that were being overlooked by the one-size-fits-all approach of larger firms. This customized approach has helped the hundreds of businesses in the tri-state area that do not fit the mold for bundled products. An avid Cincinnati sports fan, you can find Laura cheering on her Bearcats, carefully following the Reds in the summer and cruising the blues during the ski season on the Wasatch or Rocky Mountains.
Bonnie Pflum, ERPA, QPA, QKA

Bonnie joined TPA in 1989. She is a member of the American Society of Pension Professionals & Actuaries (ASPPA), holding Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) and Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) designations in addition to being a credentialed Enrolled Retirement Plan Agent (ERPA). Her experience includes plan design, compliance and administration of both small and large plans. For more than 30 years, Bonnie has provided superior service for her clients as their businesses grow. Bonnie is also an avid Steelers fan who enjoys hiking and daily walks.

Diana has served as TPA’s Controller since 2003. Prior to joining TPA, Diana was with Modern Machinery Company, a distributor of high tech fabricating equipment, as Controller (1980-1991) and as Executive Vice President & Partner (1991-2003). In addition, Diana has held a seat on the boards of both Talbert House and Saint Ursula Academy. Married for 34 years with three children, Diana enjoys crocheting, carpentry, gardening and home renovation in addition to brushing up on her Italian at School Amici.
